Speech and Language
Anderson-Smith Therapy Institute provides language and articulation therapy in the natural environment of the client. We practice evidenced based techniques utilizing Oral-Placement Therapy (TalkTools) as well as traditional speech therapy methods, which will engage your child in therapy as well as promote carryover and generalization of speech skills.
All of our therapists are trained in Lori Overland’s Sensory Motor Approach to Feeding and are taking the latest classes in Tethered Oral Tissues Training (lip and tongue ties) and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy and how it impacts speech.
Let our practice help your family member be able to better communicate wants, needs, and feelings.
“The human voice is the organ of the soul.”
– Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
